Terms and conditions
When you shop online for our products...
When you place your order via our online shop we will email you to confirm that this has been received. You will also get a separate email confirming that payment has been received. We will then begin processing your order (see delivery and returns information for what happens next).
We will accept online payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch).
Substitutions / product descriptions
We will always endeavour to send you precisely what is described in our online shop. However there may be occasions when a particular cut or product is not available, in which case we will substitute for another product of a similar nature and cost.
A note about our deerskin rugs
Please note that deerskin rugs are all as individual as the animals they come from! We try to group the rugs into approximate colour descriptions e.g. grey rugs / brown rugs but their individuality is part of their beauty. We hope you understand that it is not possible to send exactly the same rug as we feature in the picture on our website.
Changes to your order
We can amend your order as long your parcel has not been packed or dispatched. Please contact us by email or phone to let us know of any changes / amendments to orders. You can phone us at the Beacons Farm Shop from Monday to Saturday 8.30am-5pm on 01874 730929. Or contact us by email.
What to do if you're not satisfied
Please do tell us if you are not satisfied when you receive your parcel from the Welsh Venison Centre or Beacons Farm Shop and we will do all we can to solve the problem. If this cannot be resolved and we agree with your complaint we will be happy to offer a refund (for the value of the goods minus postal charges). Or we will resend your order with amendments (we reserve the right to re-charge for packaging and postage costs).
